Abdominal itch...feels almost like being congested...in my stomach?

My stomach is crazy. I'm feeling this itching sensation in my stomach, almost like chest congestion but clearly not in my chest. Sometimes I feel nauseous but not all the time. The itching will move and sometimes be in my lower abdomen, other times be up near my diaphragm. What could this be?
