CAN I WITHDRAW THE MONEY THAT SAYS LEDGER BALANCE?

I was looking at my bank account online and my ledger balance has a larger amount than my available balance. i deposited the amount that is in the ledger balance yesterday so im not sure if i need to wait a couple days until it gets put into the available balance but i want someone to help me understand what is going on. PLEASE HELP!!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!
