Who would marry a couple who were...?

If a groom was agnostic and the bride were episcopalian (part of catholicism) who would marry them? Especially since the groom doesn't incline either way and the bride doesn't follow her religion and is more nondenominational. Would you have a priest do it anyway? I know you would go to a judge later, but for the ceremony, who would marry the couple?
