Plz help b4 i do sumthing im gonna regret?

Ok so basically tonight my ma went skating with a friend(adult night)and me and my sis were stuck at home with my idiotic step dad he got mad at us for no reason at all out of nowhere and started talking sh** I really do h8t my.step but I have no choice but to live with him cause my real dad is in iraq I've had problems with him ever since I could remember and I h8t him more and more each day and treats my mom and her side of the family like sh** I am literally on the brink of where I'm about to do something I'm gonna regret any help on how to solve this problem would be awesome ill give u 10 points just plz help out btw I'm going to texas on the 18th of june maybe I can talk to my uncle and grandpa to stay there for awhile thnx for help
