Lying to my doctor..?

so i take diet pills.. advanced acai and advanced cleanse. my doc had me fill out a sheet about myself and it asked if i take dietary suppliments. i said no, because im 16 and my mom doesnt know. id like to know the negitive consiquences of lying to my doctor about this. thanks.
