Should i go over to his house?

So there's this guy that lives like a half mile away from me, and he was like I'm gonna be home alone on Thursday you should come over, so I said that would be cool. But I don't know if i should go, because it would be just me and him I'm 14 and hes 16. I don't know what I should do, but I have a felling that I shouldn't but I would just like some other opinions. Sorry I don't know what category to put this in.
