Adam age 130, Seth born, he has a population, where was Jacob at age 130, what is his famlies population?

Why do you insist on knowing the day and time of ancient events? How can it possibly matter? By age 130, Jacob was probably dead. Remember, before the Flood, there was a canopy similar to the one covering Venus over the earth, which protected them from destructive solar radiation, and contained elements which are no longer present in the atmosphere. And yes, there IS proof of that. Archaeologists have found a hammer forged with elements impossible to combine in our current atmosphere. How'd a bunch of nomad shepherds manage THAT?
