If you play fsx or fs2004 and the scenery is blurry and the frame rate are low what is needed?

i need to know if my computer needs a video card or a graphics card. i am going to purchase a geforce 6200 256MB AGP but i need to be sure if it is the graphics or if i need a video card so please help
