Westinghouse 32" flat screen has suddenly stopped scanning for HDTV channels.?

We have already checked all connections between antenna and TV, unplugged and re-plugged everything, and tried connecting the antenna into the TV directly (not routed thru sattelite). It has always worked in the past, and we tried to rescan to get a better signal on superbowl sunday, and it hasn't worked since. Sometimes we lose signal in bad weather, but not THIS badly! Any ideas?
