While the immigration bill takes all of the headlines, what is Congress up to on the trade front?

NAFTA has been a disaster. Our trade policy has been a disaster under Dems or Repubs. Unions are too weak or held in such low esteem that they can't do much about it. However, I will say that even conservatives are waking up to the reality that while the rich get richer and the poor poorer, the system is starting to stink, and we're seeing the filthy rich and the downright stinking filthy obscenely rich. With bad trade policies allowing the rich to outsource, and illegals taking the jobs that can't be shipped to China, this pressure cooker is about to blow.
