Could I possibly have colon/rectal cancer?

So I had lumps in the area that were super small, pea sized. I added some desitin cream to it and it went away after a week. I also noticed that there was a small and thin streak of blood in a stool that was kinda hard to p. Now everything seems kinda normal but yesterday I p a stool that wasn't like black black or tar-like or foil smelling but it was like dark brown (like the color of a hershey candy, maybe a bit darker) . But Sunday night I ate like 12 Oreo too. I'm super scared and I pray that I don't have any cancer.
