Since Jesus says pregnant women are "with child" does he consider abortion to be murder?

In the bible, the birth of Jesus is given a lot more play then his conception. In fact, the bible speaks of the joy of his birth, but his conception was simply Gabriel showing up to Mary and saying, "Uh, yeah, god wanted to knock you up, so uh, yeah" and then she tells Joseph. That's the end of the story.
